For finishing this blog and my mindfulness activities I have dicided to make some meditation with music due to the fact that is the activity that realaxes me the most at the end a I asked my parets how they are feeling I have improved in mydaily life and they told me that this activities have help me manage my time in a better way. I also have seen my grades in school go higher so my plan for the future is to stay doing this activities because they help me a lot in my daily life and I also was able to descover a new part of me that is an introvert because druing the time that I am alone I also feel like my energy increases and is also a good spece for being calmed and relaxed for the rest of the day so I understand know why my english teacher made me do this project because if you do it correctly then you will understand the positive effects that will have in you.

Druing this day I want to talked about mindful eating I have experience this activity already 2 times and it is really good the first time is almost like I do not feel anything because I think I was not doing it so good but the second time I was able to feel the textures in the food and I was able to feel more some flavors like the after taste of the food and this made mi enjoy even more the food. Also during this day I had think a lot less on being calmed and I have only notice in me some reactions such like today in tennis soccer I played during extras and I felt more calmed at realizing this activity just like other activities like homework and I also realize that the mindful activity helped me to study for the tests better due to the fact that I am better concentrated at memorizing better definitions because I am more concentrated in what I am doing on the percent that what is going to happen in the future or in the past. Threw all of this days I have notice that each day I am better at performing the activities and more important I start to get used to this activities so I am better at getting the most of the like a better sense of nature and of different sounds around me threw out the posses this is important because my body feels more relaxed and not so heavy as other days I am also concentrating more o my class and that is really important because my mindfulness activities have made me a good for my academics and also at performing sports. During this 7 days of mindful activities I feel like a more calm person during the day I also am better at managing stressful situations over the day just like I had to making a really long line for the visa and during all that time I was calmed and concentrating on my breading because of my previous mindful activity I also notice that I am better aware of the sounds that are beside my just like animals or nature and even the sound of the microwave make me concentrate on the percent moment today I went to play soccer and during my performance in the sport I felt more calmed at making passes and it was easier to concentrate in the game and don t get angry like some other times in this game I felt more calmed and secure and my teammates told me this because I asked them if they see some difference in my performance during the game. This 6 days that I have done mindfulness activities like hear music coloring and breading I have notice a difference in the amount of stress that I have in a daily matter first I have notice that I am thinking better in the things that I am doing after taking action then I have notice that I am more relaxed with homework I I think that this is good because I am seeing that I am doing better then I also am better at having good time with my parents and they have also notice this that I have being more open and relaxed in the time that I am talking and expressing my ideas also I have talked about this with my friends and they have told me that I am becoming an more mature person that you can have really deep conversations with.
