Reflection 3

Threw all of this days I have notice that each day I am better at performing the activities and more important I start to get used to this activities so I am better at getting the most of the like a better sense of nature and of different sounds around me threw out the posses this is important because my body feels more relaxed and not so heavy as other days I am also concentrating more o my class and that is really important because my mindfulness activities have made me a good for my academics and also at performing sports. So I have seen that the secret is to feel relaxed and calm at performing any activity because I need to have control over my mind and this is what the mindful activities help me do today I talked to a friend in the bus of this activity he seemed really interested because I asked him if he had seen a chance on me and he told that absolutely because I also have come a better sociable person and also better at conversing with other people and I see this as really good thing because this is a part of me that can be really hard to improve because I am really good at it.SO I am able to conclude that the mindful activities have bean a really good thing for me and are influencing
in a good way in my life.
