

Druing this day I want to talked about mindful eating I have experience this activity already 2 times and it is really good the first time is almost like I do not feel anything because I think I was not doing it so good but the second time I was able to feel the textures in the food and I was able to feel more some flavors like the after taste of the food and this made mi enjoy even more the food. Also during this day I had think a lot less on being calmed and I have only notice in me some reactions such like today in tennis soccer I played during extras and I felt more calmed at realizing this activity just like other activities like homework and I also realize that the mindful activity helped me to study for the tests better due to the fact that I am better concentrated at memorizing better definitions because I am more concentrated in what I am doing on the percent that what is going to happen in the future or in the past. Personally the activity that I feel more concentrating at listening to music because I do not think in any more only in what I am hearing and is the one that relax me the most.
