Reflection 2
During this 7 days of mindful activities I feel like a more calm person during the day I also am better at managing stressful situations over the day just like I had to making a really long line for the visa and during all that time I was calmed and concentrating on my breading because of my previous mindful activity I also notice that I am better aware of the sounds that are beside my just like animals or nature and even the sound of the microwave make me concentrate on the percent moment today I went to play soccer and during my performance in the sport I felt more calmed at making passes and it was easier to concentrate in the game and dont get angry like some other times in this game I felt more calmed and secure and my teammates told me this because I asked them if they see some difference in my performance during the game. Today my mindful activity was able to be better because anyone was at home and I did like an extreme quite breading so was really pleasant and as I am telling my day became better because of this activity.
