Reflection 1

This 6 days that I have done mindfulness activities like hear music coloring and breading I have notice a difference in the amount of stress that I have in a daily matter first I have notice that I am thinking better in the things that I am doing after taking action then I have notice that I am more relaxed with homework I I think that this is good because I am seeing that I am doing better then I also am better at having good time with my parents and they have also notice this that I have being more open and relaxed in the time that I am talking and expressing my ideas also I have talked about this with my friends and they have told me that I am becoming an more mature person that you can have really deep conversations with. The mindful activity that I have notice that has a bigger effect on me is being on a quite place only breading because I feel more concentrated in outside sounds such as the animals around me and the sounds of the trees in my home also I have notice that the bast place to practice that is in my yard because there is anyone that will bother me when I am all by my self and I like this because as an complete extrovert I also notice a part of me that likes to be alone sometimes and its also good for improving by self in social life grades and relationship with the people I really care about.
