
For finishing this blog and my mindfulness activities I have dicided to make some meditation with music due to the fact that is the activity that realaxes me the most at the end a I asked my parets how they are feeling I have improved in mydaily life and they told me that this activities have help me manage my time in a better way. I also have seen my grades in school go higher so my plan for the future is to stay doing this activities because they help me a lot in my daily life and I also was able to descover a new part of me that is an introvert because druing the time that I am alone I also feel like my energy increases and is also a good spece for being calmed and relaxed for the rest of the day so I understand know why my english teacher made me do this project because if you do it correctly then you will understand the positive effects that will have in you.
